Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain it.
• Familiarity with D365 software or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a manufacturing setting.
• Attention to detail when reading labels and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to cross-train and support cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials from receiving to the warehouse and production areas.
• Register raw materials and perform data entry in D365.
• Communicate production challenges and opportunities to your supervisor.
• Follow GMP and food safety protocols at all times.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (or obtain certification).
• Learn and cross-train in other responsibilities such as finished goods and warehouse tasks.
• Ensure inventory and materials are stored per specifications.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to meet goals.
• Support daily production objectives as assigned.
