Job Description
We are a family-owned and operated company headquartered in Vernon, CA, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of fine food and beverage products since 1977. We offer over 4,000 products to customers in both foodservice and retail channels, committed to quality, freshness, nutrition, and eco-friendly practices.
Responsibilities:
- Understand production processes, load and transportation planning, and lead times.
- Manage block schedules to optimize dates and meet customer commitments.
- Collaborate with co-manufacturers to understand manufacturing processes and facilitate scheduling.
- Support domestic customer service teams by understanding stock and MTO processes.
- Translate the master plan into machine schedules.
- Participate in project work for personal development and cross-departmental exposure.
- Monitor KPIs such as plant and warehouse capacity; communicate issues proactively.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Inventory Control to ensure material availability before production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant supply chain experience, including production scheduling or supply planning.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain concepts.
- Professional demeanor, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Effective communication skills across different levels.
