Description:

Responsible for scheduling clients' Home Health/Hospice services with clinician continuity. Identifies client needs and schedules clinicians with the appropriate competencies to match the client's level of care. Exercises judgment in determining the most effective and efficient scheduling and rescheduling methods. Maintains optimal communication with patients, clinicians, clinical managers, physicians, and homecare coordinators. May provide coverage for multiple sites and/or hospice support.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• One weekend a month

Position: Full-time remote Scheduler at Mercy Home Health

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 2-4 years of industry experience preferred; Associate's Degree preferred
• 2-3 years of home care and hospice experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Trinity Health At Home software preferred
• Knowledge of standard office equipment and remote technology
• Ability to multi-task across multiple computer systems
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Reliable internet connection for potential work-from-home
