Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, certification, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and document management for CAT studies. The role ensures timely, compliant execution under SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines, reporting to the Operations Director.

The candidate will coordinate meetings, manage licenses and translations, supervise CAT data for final reports, archive documents, and may participate in Sponsor Kick-Offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• 2–4 years in clinical trials.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong data and numerical aptitude.
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents.
• Develop study-specific rater training web portals.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials.
• Oversee editing and formatting of training presentations.
• Manage scale licenses, translations, and regulatory authorizations.
• Maintain data surveillance methodology and reporting.
• Ensure comprehensive CAT Final Study Report data.
• Archive all CAT study documents.
• Advise on rater training and surveillance plans.
• Possibly present at Sponsor Kick-Off meetings.
• Support study budget and manage Operations staff.
