Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, certification, training content, and study materials across CAT.

You will coordinate meetings, ensure SOP/ICH-GCP compliance, manage data surveillance, archiving, and contribute to budget discussions. Domestic and international travel may be required; a proven leadership track and strong writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in clinical trials.
• At least two years of experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater qualification documents and report results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness per timelines.
• Organize editing/formatting of training presentations.
• Oversee study workbook management, licenses, translations and approvals.
• Monitor data surveillance and generate reports for the study team and Sponsor.
• Support CAT Final Study Report content and archiving of study documents.
• Contribute to sponsor kickoff meetings on CAT operations.
• Collaborate with Operations Director and study team to meet budget needs.
• Manage Operations staff as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required.
