Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and document management for CAT projects. You will ensure SOP/ICH-GCP compliance and timely completion of tasks under the Operations Director.

The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, plus at least two years leading teams in clinical trials, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Great benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science preferred.
• Two to four years of experience working in clinical trials.
• At least two years of experience managing team members or leading a team.
• Knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Fluency in English (write, speak, understand).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on study timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings logistics and CAT materials; may attend meetings.
• Edit and format didactic training presentations for timely delivery.
• Oversee scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals.
