Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, certification, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance maintenance and workbook management. You will ensure projects run on time, compliant with SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines, reporting to the Operations Director of CAT.

The role requires leading the CAT operations team, coordinating sponsor meetings, and managing study budgets while supporting the global trial program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• Two to four years of experience in clinical trials.
• Experience managing a team or leading a team.
• Knowledge of Phase I–IV trials and SOPs/ICH-GCP/regulatory guidelines.
• Fluency in English, writing, speaking and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rater selection, certification/qualification, and training content.
• Coordinate study scaling, licenses, translations and sponsor approvals.
• Maintain surveillance data and generate reports for the study team.
• Archive all CAT study documents and ensure compliance.
• Assist at Sponsor Kick-Off Meetings and budget discussions.
• Lead Operations staff and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines.
