Job summary

Palvella Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Rare Disease Specialist to launch and promote its first marketed product across an assigned geography, driving demand and patient access in targeted specialty offices and centers.

You will develop a strategic geography plan, partner with cross-functional teams, and build deep disease state and product knowledge to support adoption and compliant, evidence-based messaging. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of successful rare disease or related biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success supporting product launches and driving sustained growth of established brands and indications strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Launch and drive demand for Palvella’s first marketed product in assigned geography.
• Develop and execute a growth-focused geography business plan.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies.
• Provide product and disease state expertise to customers.
• Plan and execute territory- and national-level promotional programs to support portfolio growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through account management, including marketing support and reimbursement navigation.
