Job summary

The role requires building deep product and disease-state expertise, executing strategic plans, and driving access and adoption while ensuring compliant, ethical engagement with customers. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• 5 years of rare disease or biotech/pharma sales experience.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Launch and promote Palvella’s first marketed product within assigned geography.
• Develop a strategic geography business plan to expand penetration and access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies and opportunities.
• Build deep product and disease state expertise to support appropriate use and access.
• Plan territory- and national-level promotional programs to drive adoption.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through account management and reimbursement navigation.
