Palvella Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Rare Disease Specialist to launch and grow Palvella’s first marketed product across an assigned geography in the United States.

This role focuses on engaging specialty offices and vascular anomaly centers with scientifically grounded messaging and patient access support. The RDS will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans, drive demand, and ensure compliant, on-label communications while delivering exceptional customer

Competenze

• 5 years of successful rare disease or related biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success supporting product launches and driving sustained growth of established brands and indications.

• Develop and execute a strategic geography business plan to expand account penetration and maximize impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies and address customer needs.
