Qualifications

• 5 years of successful rare disease or related biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch, drive demand for Palvella’s first marketed product to target specialty customers.
• Develop and execute a geography business plan to achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on growth strategies and customer needs.
• Build expertise in Palvella’s product and market access to expand adoption.
• Plan and run territory- and national-level promotional programs.
