Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Territory Business Manager to lead GI/Hepatology product expansion in a defined Worcester, MA region. You will develop and execute territory plans, build physician relationships, and deliver clinically focused presentations that convey therapeutic value.

Candidates should have 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, and strong CRM and analytics skills. Travel as needed and rigorous compliance with policies are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in territory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by developing an integrated business plan.
• Establish/maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive results.
• Identify key influencers and engagement expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to guide strategies and decision-making.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage budget.
