Syneos Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to launch a new rare disease GI/Hepatology product. You will develop territory plans, engage gastroenterologists/hepatologists, and drive pull-through with clinically focused presentations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, data-driven strategy, and independent execution in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology or rare disease preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing).
• Use data/tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Plan and organize territory coverage and manage budget.
