Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Las Vegas, NV area to drive sales in a newly formed rare disease GI/Hepatology team. The TBM will develop territory strategies, engage with gastroenterologists/hepatologists, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet and exceed goals while maintaining compliant practices.

The role requires strong presentation skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred
• Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Operate in a compliant and ethical manner within a matrixed selling environment.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
