Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is launching a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team. The Territory Business Manager will drive sales within an assigned geography, building strategy, and delivering clinically focused presentations to communicate therapeutic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology or rare disease sales experience preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Must be self-motivated with autonomy and independence.
• Strong technical & analytical skills including proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate across FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Use data tools and insights to inform strategies and decision-making.
• Deliver account-based presentations communicating therapeutic value.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage the budget.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly and comply with policies.
