Job summary

Syneos Health / inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is launching a brand-new rare disease GI/Hepatology team. The Territory Business Manager will drive territory sales, develop strategic plans, and build lasting professional relationships with physicians to maximize opportunities.

The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering clinically focused presentations to communicate therapeutic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments and ability to learn complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations) to drive success.
• Identify key influencers and manage customer interaction expectations with top targets.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage budget for sales/marketing activities.
