Syneos Health is hiring a Territory Business Manager for a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team in Memphis, TN. The TBM will drive sales growth by executing territory plans, developing physician relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Strong communication, autonomy, and willingness to travel are essential. The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biopharma sales with GI/Hepatology experience and a track record of top-tier achievements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 7+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology sales experience; rare disease preferred.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the territory.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new opportunities.
• Navigate a matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify key influencers and manage top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to guide business decisions.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage budget.
