Job summary

Syneos Health is launching a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team in Tucson. The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will develop and execute territory strategies, identify customer needs, and deliver high-impact, clinically focused presentations to communicate therapeutic value.

A strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration will drive success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with 3+ years in GI/Hepatology or rare disease

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• 3+ years in GI/Hepatology or rare disease sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals within an assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing) to drive outcomes.
• Use data and insights to inform territory strategies and tactics.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage budget.
