Job summary

Palvella Therapeutics seeks a Rare Disease Specialist to lead the launch and demand generation for our first marketed product. The role covers an assigned geography and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize access and adoption.

You will deliver scientifically grounded messaging to specialty offices and vascular anomaly centers, build strong professional relationships, and ensure compliant patient-centered engagement in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 5 years of successful rare disease or related biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Launch, drive demand for Palvella’s first marketed product by expanding awareness and utilization with targeted customers.
• Develop and execute a strategic geography plan to expand account penetration and access.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies and market opportunities.
• Build expertise in product, disease state, and patient access to drive appropriate use.
• Plan and execute promotional programs that support portfolio growth and adoption.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences including marketing support and reimbursement navigation.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold compliance and safety protocols.
