Job summary

Palvella Therapeutics is seeking a Rare Disease Specialist to launch and promote our first product, driving demand across targeted specialty offices and Vascular Anomaly Centers within an assigned geography. You will develop a strategic plan to expand access, optimize payer pathways, and maximize patient reach while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address evolving market needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred.
5 years of successful rare disease or related biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
Startup experience is a plus; ability to launch and grow a product.

Responsibilities

Launch and promote Palvella’s first marketed product to targeted specialty offices and centers.
Develop and execute a geographic plan to expand access and maximize impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies and programs.
Build expertise in Palvella’s product and disease state to drive appropriate use and reimbursement.
Plan territory- and national-level promotional programs to drive adoption and demand.
