Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of rare disease or related biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success launching products and driving growth of brands.

Responsibilities

• Launch and promote Palvella’s first marketed product to targeted specialty customers.
• Develop and execute a geography business plan to expand account penetration and access.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth strategies and opportunities.
• Build product and market access expertise to support appropriate use and peer development.
• Plan territory- and national-level promotional programs to drive adoption.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through account management, marketing support, and reimbursement navigation.
• Represent Palvella professionally and in compliance with policies and regulations.
