Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience OR Master's degree and 4 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• Experience with contracting, pricing, and site-of-care decisions.
• Understanding of reimbursement, coding, and clinic revenue-cycle considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans addressing access barriers and portfolio objectives.
• Engage clinicians, administrators, pharmacy, and finance to improve access and readiness.
• Optimize buy-and-bill operations and site enablement to support treatment delivery.
• Partner with market access, pricing, and legal teams on durable access solutions.
• Provide timely field insights and monitor account performance against objectives.
