Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience OR Master's degree and 4 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience OR High School diploma/GED and 12 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience

Responsabilités

• Account Strategy & Enterprise Value: assess barriers and develop account plans; build stakeholder maps; translate data into opportunity hypotheses and action plans.
• Clinic Contracting & Access: lead contracting opportunities, support compliant negotiation and execution; coordinate with market access, pricing, trade, reimbursement, and legal teams.
• Buy-and-Bill Optimization & Site Enablement: evaluate workflows, improve reimbursement readiness, inventory and ordering; educate sites of care to initiate and maintain therapy.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Insights: coordinate field execution with multiple teams; deliver actionable field insights; maintain accurate account documentation; lead matrix planning.
