Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease in Roanoke, VA. You will drive territory sales, build clinician relationships, and execute strategic plans to launch a new GI/Hepatology product.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years pharma/biopharma sales, 3+ years in GI/Hepatology, and strong CRM/AI/Microsoft Office proficiency. Travel and autonomy are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology/rare disease sales experience preferred.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the designated territory geography preferred
• Must be self-motivated and able to travel as needed, with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by implementing and executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and plan account-based strategies with top customers.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and company policies.
