Job summary

Syneos Health in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to lead selling activities and strategy within a defined geography. You will drive physician engagement, leverage data-informed insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize market access and product uptake.

The role requires a Life Sciences/business degree and a track record in pharmaceutical sales, with preference for GI/Hepatology/rare disease experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed targeted sales goals within the assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted GI/Hepatology physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations) to support launches and ongoing success.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
