Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to launch and lead a GI/Hepatology-focused team in Little Rock, AR. You will develop territory plans, drive physician engagement, and achieve sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.

The role requires heavy collaboration with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, and Marketing teams and a strong drive to deliver clinical value. You will analyze regional data, craft evidence-based strategies, and train in account-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with GI/Hepato specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption.
• Plan territory strategy and manage budget for activities.
• Ensure compliant and ethical selling practices.
