Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease in Aurora, IL.

The TBM will develop and execute territory strategies, drive pull-through with clinicians, and manage a budget while delivering high-impact presentations that convey therapeutic value in a new rare GI/Hepatology product launch. The role requires a life sciences or related degree and a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, with experience in GI/Hepatology or rare diseases preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must be able to learn complex scientific information and communicate it effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with CRM and data tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Medical, Marketing and Market Access.
• Identify key influencers and interact with top target customers as planned.
• Utilize data tools and insights to inform business decisions and strategies.
• Present clinically-focused information to communicate therapeutic value.
