Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to lead sales initiatives in the Rockford territory, IL. This role will develop and execute territory plans, identify customer needs, and drive pull-through with clinically focused presentations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and ability to learn complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals within assigned territory via integrated territory plan.
• Establish relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Plan territory coverage and manage budget and administrative tasks.
