Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager for our Rare Disease team in Peoria, IL. You will drive sales growth by executing a data-driven territory plan, building relationships with gastroenterologists and hepatologists, and collaborating with cross-functional partners across medical, marketing and operations.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma sales, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Consistent top-tier sales track record.
• Must be able to travel and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals within an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Use data tools and insights to guide business decisions and strategy.
• Plan territory activities and manage the budget; complete administrative tasks timely.
