Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have CA RN license and maintain current.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• CCRN or TCRN certification on hire.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or above.
• Minimum five years of ICU/ED nursing experience.
• Minimum two years of acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Code Blue and Rapid Response Team assessments and prioritization.
• Respond to rapid response alerts and provide advanced nursing interventions.
• Act as clinical resource for physicians and staff; evaluate patient deterioration scores.
• Develop and evaluate practice guidelines; collect and analyze data.
