Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to lead and manage all payroll for utility clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance during emergencies and storm events.

The role requires precise data entry, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while coordinating with the finance and operations teams to support rapid response and restoration services.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in accounting or related field.
• Proven data entry accuracy and dependability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive payroll information.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales postings and reconcile sales transactions.
• Verify and upload accounts payable invoices into our accounting system.
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Process payroll efficiently and accurately, including handling garnishments.
• Maintain high standards of data entry accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish departmental goals.
• Handle sensitive financial and payroll information with confidentiality.
• Assisting with any additional duties needed.
