Responsibilities

• Collect, review, accurately enter, and link daily & weekly timesheets.
• Proof, audit, and process payroll transactions for 1,000+ employees weekly.
• Process weekly and daily payroll for timely delivery via direct deposit and live checks.
• Upload and reconcile Time & Attendance data from UKG to TempWorks.
• Generate, reconcile, and distribute invoices to customers by deadline.
• Manage direct deposit enrollment, account updates, and payroll inquiries.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and payroll exceptions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving payroll and billing issues.
• Develop reports in TempWorks for weekly and monthly requests.

Labor Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Administrators to join our team! The Payroll Specialist will handle all payroll-related functions for our company, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for over 1,000 employees. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

** Pay:** $25.00/hr.

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Collect, review, accurately enter, and link daily & weekly timesheets submitted to the payroll group email
• Proof, audit, and process payroll transactions for over 1,000 employees on a weekly payroll cycle
• Process weekly and daily payroll to ensure a timely & accurate delivery of employee pay through direct deposit and live checks
• Upload and reconcile Time & Attendance data from the UKG payroll system to TempWorks
• Generate, reconcile, and distribute invoices to customers by the established deadline
• Manage direct deposit enrollment, account updates, and payroll related inquiries
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and process payroll exceptions
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving payroll and billing-related issues
• Develop a thorough understanding of TempWorks to create weekly and monthly reports as requested by customers
• Support local branches by helping provide payroll guidance, troubleshoot issues, and assisting with reporting needs
• Collaborate and cross-train with team members to ensure smooth department operations
