You will lead rapid tender responses, precise load building, tactical scheduling, and portal management, while handling POD collections and end-of-day audits with a focus on customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Response & Tender Management: Maintain a relentless focus on speed by responding to Tenders in 15 minutes or less.
• Precision Load Building: Translate complex shipment data into accurate system loads, capturing weight and special instructions.
• Tactical Scheduling: Manage the full lifecycle of appointments and confirmations to keep drivers moving and warehouses efficient.
• Digital Hub Management: Act as the master of our customer portals, providing real-time updates and accuracy.
• POD Collections: Lead the charge on POD collections, ensuring the billing cycle is completed swiftly and accurately.
• End-of-Day Excellence: Conduct rigorous EOD audits of all loads with outstanding appointments.
• Customer Advocacy: Provide white-glove service through prompt acknowledgment of all customer inquiries.
