This role emphasizes ownership, proactive communication, and exceptional customer service. In this position you will manage portals, update stakeholders in real time, and contribute to a smooth billing cycle through POD collection and thorough EOD

Qualifications

• Must be able to respond to tenders quickly and manage shipments with precision.

• Strong ownership from load building to POD collection.
• Clear, professional communication for internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Rapid response to tenders within 15 minutes.
• Translate shipment data into accurate loads and instructions.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating drivers and warehouses.
• Maintain real-time updates in customer portals and systems.
• Lead POD collection and ensure timely billing processes.
• Perform end-of-day audits for loads with outstanding appointments.
• Provide white-glove, proactive customer service.
