Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced logistics or freight operations is preferred.
• Ability to process shipment details accurately and quickly.
• Strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Response & Tender Management: respond to tenders within 15 minutes when possible.
• Precision Load Building: translate shipment data into accurate system loads.
• Tactical Scheduling: manage appointments and confirmations to keep drivers moving.
• Digital Hub Management: maintain real-time updates in customer portals.
• POD collections: lead the billing cycle with proofs of delivery.
• End-of-Day (EOD) Excellence: perform audits for loads with pending appointments.
• Customer Advocacy: provide prompt, professional responses to inquiries.
