Job summary

All Things Metal Industries—including KorFab—seeks an Inside Sales & Lead Response Coordinator in Surprise, AZ to respond quickly to new leads and guide them through the sales cycle. You will qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and ensure CRM data is up to date to support pipeline visibility.

Responsibilities include outbound follow-up, tracking proposals, and aligning pricing, scope, and terms with clients, sales, and estimating. DOE pay starts at $23/hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business development, sales support, estimating, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inbound leads promptly to maximize conversion.
• Qualify leads and route to the appropriate salesperson or estimator.
• Log lead activity and response times in the CRM.
• Coordinate customer meetings, pricing, scope, and contract terms to support closing deals.
