FCM, a leading travel management company, is seeking an experienced corporate travel professional to coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground arrangements for domestic and international trips. This role requires swift, accurate service and strong client communication.

With 4+ years in corporate travel and Sabre GDS proficiency, you will manage complex itineraries, ensure policy compliance, and maintain PNRs with precision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Sabre GDS proficiency for fares, itineraries, and ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel requirements.
• Experience with quality control processes for bookings.
• Proficient in ticketing procedures, scripting, and complex changes.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground bookings for domestic and international travel often with urgent timelines.
• Maintain professional communication and multitask while serving clients.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements to deliver timely travel support.
• Manage rerouting and exchanges with minimal disruption to plans.
• Keep clients informed about travel documents and health requirements for destinations.
• Handle ticketing, PNRS, and exchanges involving complex international fares.
• Explain airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements to clients.
• Collaborate with team and leaders to provide cohesive travel solutions.
