• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers and ensure bookings meet client expectations.
• Ensure timely reservations and adherence to company guidelines and PNRS/ticketing processes.
• Handle ticketing, exchanges, and complex international fare changes.
• Stay informed about airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements.
• Provide consultative support and proactive service throughout the booking process.
