Job summary

FCM is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant in Culver City to arrange domestic and complex international travel for executives. A four-week paid training program will enhance your contract airfares knowledge and Sabre skills.

You will handle air, car, hotel, and ground transport bookings and ticketing, ensuring top-tier service and policy compliance. This role requires 2+ years in corporate travel, Sabre GDS proficiency, and strong customer-service abilities, with a typical 40-hour week across

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and itinerary management.
• Experience with ticketing procedures and changes/exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure trusted service by a dedicated team.
• Ensure accurate and timely reservations while meeting travelers’ needs.
• Handle PNRS, profiles, ticketing, invoicing and maintain accuracy per guidelines.
• Stay informed on airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements and apply them to arrangements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
• Inform clients about travel documents and health requirements.
• Manage rerouting and exchanges for complex international fares.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
