Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety and quality standards. You will complete work orders, manage make-ready tasks for new move-ins, and maintain proper inventory while following safety guidelines and company policies.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexibility to work weekends, and local site travel as needed. Equal opportunity employer. Training and safety programs provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal required.
• Current valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within 24–48 hours and perform routine upkeep.
• Execute the make-ready process for vacant apartments and inspections.
• Assist with cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Follow safety policies and document work and materials used.
