Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper for the Madison, AL community. The role focuses on maintaining exterior features, curb appeal, and common areas, while performing minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.

You will ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained grounds, interact with residents respectfully, and support safety trainings and policies. Weekend availability is required in some schedules.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background sufficient to manage day-to-day grounds operation.
• Computer Skills: Rudimentary knowledge and ability to access company software and perform standard repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep areas neat and free of litter inside and outside.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process and cleans dumpster areas.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Reports hazards or safety concerns to supervisor.
