Lippert Components, Inc. is relocating the Ranch Hand finishing role to Seguin, TX, with initial assignment in Shiner/ Beeville and a targeted relocation date in September 2026. Travel assistance is available to team members if needed.
The Powder Coat Finishing Line team members support an assembly-line process including blasting, powder coating, oven-baking, and packaging. Role requires working Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–3:30am.
Qualifikationen
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Lift truck operator experience preferred (training available).
- Manufacturing/Industry experience.

- Remove all debris from bumper/grill guard using an air hose.
- Coating of bumper/grill guard following approved procedures and company's quality standards.
- Upkeep of coating equipment to ensure daily functionality.

Our Powder Coat Finishing Line Team Members are responsible for assisting in the powder coating process. Powder Coat functions as an assembly-line environment where product is steel shot blasted, powder coated, oven-baked, and packaged. No experience necessary.
- Movement of sandblasted bumper/grill guard into the paint booth.
- Remove all debris from bumper/grill guard using an air hose.
- Coating of bumper/grill guard following approved procedures and company's quality standards.
- Upkeep of coating equipment to ensure daily functionality.
- Must also be able to pass a respirator test.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $19.00/hr plus $1.00 per hour shift differential!
