Job summary

Lippert is relocating our Ranch Hand Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX. This Welder role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with relocation targeted for September 2026. Travel assistance is available to team members if needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior welding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to lift 50–75 pounds regularly and up to 90 lbs occasionally.
  • Education: Technical Diploma in Welding.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and sub-assemblies using GMAW welding.
  • Observe safety rules and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Set up welding equipment and adjust gas.
  • Rotate positions to meet production schedules and company goals.
  • Identify out-of-conformance situations and report to supervisor or Quality Auditor.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices.

Lippert is excited to announce we will be relocating our RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX! This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September2026. Travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed!

Welder

Our Welders are responsible for adding value in the process flow by accurately assembling various components and/or sub-assemblies into specified fixturing and joining by welding or repairing defective welds.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company.
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace and Plant proper.
  • Picking and placing components or subassemblies into proper fixturing and joining by the application of GMAW (Gas-Metal-Arc Welding.)
  • Exercising product and process knowledge to identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisor or Quality Auditor of these situations in a timely manner.
  • Rotation of position into different production teams as is necessary to meet production schedules and Company goals in general.
  • Maintenance of good housekeeping practices always.
  • Ability to set up welding equipment including changing gas
Qualifications:
  • Work Experience: Prior welding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
  • Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday; will be required to lift between 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 90lbs occasionally; familiar with welding symbols.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Education: Technical Diploma in Welding
Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
