Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. is seeking a Ramp Manager in the United States with 2–5 years of airline ramp management/supervisor experience.

The role directs supervisory personnel within Ramp Services, oversees staffing, and ensures customer satisfaction while complying with TSA and FAA regulations. Responsibilities include training Ground Operations Agents, coordinating with TSA and air carriers, maintaining equipment, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of previous management/specialist supervisory experience in ramp service duties.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with personal computer software helpful.
• Airline ramp services experience.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, and participates in Ramp/Ground Service operations for contracted flights and charters.
• Directs and trains Ground Operations Agents; maintains training records.
• Implements departmental policy for Ramp/Ground Service operations and seeks efficiency.
• Coordinates Ground Operation/Ramp Service activities with TSA, air carrier personnel, and station managers.
• Maintains ground equipment and ensures it is in good working order.
• Ensures compliance with FAA/TSA security regulations and company rules; attends meetings.
• Maintains emergency checklists and supplies; submits reports on ground service activities.
• Handles billing, payments, and supplies; other related duties.
• Must be available to work varied shifts including swing and graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.
