Job summary

TREGO DUGAN Aviation of Grand Island Inc. seeks a Ramp Manager in Morrisville, NC to lead Ramp/Ground Service operations, oversee staffing, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance for daily airline ramp activities.

The role requires 2–5 years of ramp management experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with TSA and carrier personnel. Flexible shifts including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of ramp management/supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret handbooks, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to groups.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs and operate equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Ramp/Ground Service operations for contracted flights and charters.
• Train and develop Ground Operations Agents; maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/TSA regulations and airline policies; implement changes as needed.
• Coordinate with TSA, airline personnel, station managers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare verbal and written reports on ground service activities and staffing.
