Job summary

TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC. seeks an Airline Ramp Duty Manager at RDU in Morrisville, NC. Lead Ramp Services staff, ensure safety, compliance with TSA/FAA, and deliver excellent customer service daily.

Responsibilities include directing Ground Operations Agents, coordinating with TSA and air carriers, training staff, and maintaining records. Requires 2–5 years ramp supervisory experience and ability to lift 70 lbs; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of management/supervisory experience in ramp services.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and fluently speak English.
• Airline ramp services experience; familiarity with computer software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and participate in Ramp/Ground Service operations for contracted flights.
• Direct and train Ground Operations Agents with ongoing training and record-keeping.
• Implement department policy and advise Leads on policy issues and efficiency.
• Coordinate Ground Operations with TSA, station managers, and air carriers.
• Train and oversee ground equipment operations and ensure maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/TSA regulations and company rules; prepare reports.
• Handle billing, payments, and supplies; other duties as needed.
• Must be available to work various shifts including swing, graveyard, weekends, holidays.
