Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Supervisor Ramp & Passenger Services to manage and coordinate airport activities for both Ramp Services and Passenger Service functions. The role includes directing staff, ensuring staffing, coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with company rules and TSA/security standards.

The position involves maintaining operations within budgetary controls, liaising with airport officials, and ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.
• Willing to work beyond standard hours during peak times; overtime eligible per law.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of airport operations, including ticketing, baggage check-in, issuing boarding passes, and dispatching flights.
• May be responsible for baggage service functions such as filing loss, damage, and pilferage claims.
• Provide efficient, professional customer service and resolve passenger problems.
• Coordinate with departments to meet operational needs with catering, fueling and maintenance teams.
• Act as company representative when assigned.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
