Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Instructor Ramp Services to develop and deliver safety, security, and procedural training for airport ramp service agents. You will ensure adherence to WFS policies and government regulations while maintaining training records and supporting audits.

This role reports to local station management with a dotted line to the corporate training team. The position requires at least 2 years of ramp operational experience, knowledge of aircraft ground movement and

• Experience in ramp operations and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial, recurrent, and on-the-job training for ramp service agents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government safety regulations.
• Maintain training records and conduct audits; update SOPs and manuals.
• Interface with TSA, FAA, CBP and local airport authorities.
• Travel up to 10% to support training initiatives.
