Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring an Airline Services Agent in Sioux Falls, SD. This part-time role supports both ramp operations and passenger services, including loading baggage, marshaling aircraft, and assisting travelers at check-in and boarding.

The position emphasizes safety, adherence to airport regulations, and strong customer service. Compensation is $15.50 per hour, with benefits and ongoing training available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license throughout employment.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency including data entry.
• Familiarity with airport regulations and procedures.
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with airport security requirements.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Collective bargaining agreement with TWU; union membership may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft efficiently and safely.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates using hand signals and radios.
• Operate ground support equipment (tugs, belt loaders, forklifts).
• Perform pre- and post-flight safety inspections of equipment and ramp areas.
• Coordinate with flight crews, ground control, and team members.
• Handle baggage claims and transfers for connecting flights.
• Complete flight paperwork, weight and balance as required.
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and ticketing tasks.
• Provide information and resolve passenger inquiries.
• Maintain ramp cleanliness and safety compliance.
