Worldwide Flight Services in Sioux Falls is seeking a Supervisor Ramp & Passenger Services to manage and coordinate airport activities for Ramp and Passenger Service functions. You will oversee staffing, training, and discipline, ensure compliance with company rules, and maintain budgetary controls and manning levels.
The role requires an AA degree or equivalent, English proficiency, and a valid driver's license, with weekend availability.

The classification of Supervisor Ramp & Passenger Services includes managing, coordinating and controlling airport activities for both Ramp Services and Passenger Service functions (as described below); monitors the quantity and quality of work performance; directing personnel within assigned functional area; overseeing and advising on staffing requirements; participating in the discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of subordinates; training subordinates, ensures compliance with Company rules and regulations, Company standards and contractual agreements; ensures budgetary controls and manning requirements .This position may include responsibility for communication between Airport Board officials and individual customers with the Company. The scope of the job may vary with the size of the operation and its primary line of business.
